After survey and the usual red tape and conveyancing bollocks Lesley is now very close to exchanging contracts on Beach Cottage in Lympstone Village………………..and, in order to mark the excitement and occasion, she got into her new Birthday Suit…………it’s black ……….and called Second Skin and demonstrated her athletic prowess by cartwheeling without stopping for the length of Gwithian Beach in Cornwall (well nearly……….!!)

BEACH COTTAGE – LYMPSTONE VILLAGE

Lesley is in the process of buying a wonderful 2 bed-roomed characterful holiday cottage in Lympstone Village overlooking the Exe Estuary. It has tremendous potential being ideally suited to letting and swift and easy access to the foreshore and waterfront just but feet from the front door. Very exciting news for us both and we now intend to market both properties (Beach Cottage and also Orchard Barn over selected weeks) on a self catering weekly let basis for both this Christmas and New Year. I’ll continue with the B&B at Orchard Barn as before  however when we plan to be away together on holiday we’ll aim to let both properties concurrently and …..when they’re both let we’ll shove off somewhere else and explore further afield….that’s the plan anyway!!
